RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Minissentials, we take pride in hand-selecting each piece from top brands for your little one. Some pieces may be substituted for another of equal or greater value.
We understand that our little ones' growth rates vary significantly and are happy to accept exchanges on all eligible items within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to initiate an exchange, contact us at email@example.com. Please ensure your items are unused with the tags attached.
For health and safety reasons, all Little Extras are not eligible for return at this time.
Little changes can make a big impact! Your order will be packaged in one of our custom Minissentials reusable totes, and shipped in a 100% compostable mailer. Larger orders will be shipped in a recyclable cardboard box.

Minissentials is built by moms for moms and was created to make shopping for your little one the best experience possible! When you become a member and place a recurring bundle order, you will receive 10% off all bundles.
What’s in each bundle?
Our Mini Bundle consists of 4 pieces of gender-neutral essentials. The Essential Bundle includes everything in the Mini Bundle, plus an additional 3 pieces. Our bundles are all hand-selected and assembled to order. The items you receive may not be as pictured; however, our substitutions are always the same style and of equal or greater value.
Do I have to become a member in order to purchase a bundle?
We believe that scheduling bundles to arrive as your little one grows is the most convenient and effortless way to shop, but we want you to choose the best option for you! If you choose to not receive recurring bundles, feel free to shop our selection for a one-time purchase.
When will my bundle ship?
Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your order. Once processed, shipping will take approximately 2-8 business days. Due to Covid-19 shipping delays, your order may take longer than usual. You will receive an email with tracking information once available.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Although we don’t want to see you leave, members are able to cancel their deliveries at any time. To cancel, log into your account or use the link you received in your subscription email. Changed your mind and want to rejoin? No problem! Log in and reactivate your account at any time.
My information has changed, now what?
When you are logged in, you will be able to update your email address, edit shipping information, change the delivery interval and cancel/reactivate your membership.
I did not create an account, but purchased recurring bundles. How can I keep track of my orders?
Every customer who places a recurring bundle order can view/edit through a link that is contained in the email sent after purchase. This link allows you to edit/manage your order.
I can’t log-in to my account, now what?
