Before exposure to the sun, apply a generous amount of cream all over your body. Remember to also apply it to your face and ears! Reapply every 2 hours (minimum) and after swimming. Use year round, when outdoors for longer than 30 minutes and the UV index is higher than 3.

Hand-wash warm. Tumble dry low. This product has been washed at the factory after sewing to minimize fabric shrinkage.
