Sam comes from a background in retail and brand management with over 8 years of experience in the industry. She has worked for and with some of the largest retailers in North America. Her experience in the industry has lead her to travel to many international countries to represent the brands she manages and to observe their supply chains. Sam has a passion for photography and has utilized her skills to take all the product and lifestyle shots for Minissentials! Sam’s husband, dog Benson, and son Jake are her world.
For the past 7 years, Lauren has pursued her passion of being an elementary school teacher. When her son Blake was born, her husband's entrepreneurial spirit influenced her to further explore her own. As a mom, Lauren loves dressing Blake in neutral yet stylish pieces but found those perfect items were hard to find. Noticing a gap in the market, Lauren wanted to ensure other parents experienced ease and convenience when shopping for their little ones.
